Although Fever Productions was officially formed in 2026, the experience behind the company spans more than two decades. Founder Brian LaPoint, created Fever Productions in honor of his longtime friend and collaborator, Steve Schad, to carry forward the talents, skills, and experiences they shared throughout Central New York for over 20 years.

From small bar gigs to our evolving large-scale Pink Floyd production, many people came to know us through our work and talent rather than through a formal business name. After Steve passed away, the idea for a company came together—and the name “Fever Productions” felt like the perfect fit.

Named in honor of Steve, also known as “Dr. Fever,” the company reflects the same passion, dedication, and care that defined everything we did together. Our goal is to continue creating memorable experiences and maintaining the positive, passionate vibe that audiences and collaborators have come to expect.

We know there are still many audiences we have yet to reach, and we’re excited about the opportunity to connect with new people, work with new clients, and be part of upcoming events and creative projects.
